Sales Assistant in Photovolatics with German

We are growing and looking for new talents for various exciting positions to grow our business further and help solar become the dominant source of energy in the world.

 

Role description

We are looking for Sales Assistant for full time who would work with us on expansion of our current market position in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) markets. We expect candidates to be interested in the photovoltaics and to have a positive attitude towards sales. First year of the position is a full-time experience consisting of three phases. The beginning is focused on skills development. Second phase is focused on thorough market analysis. Consecutive phase is a communication with clients and support team.

 

Candidate can expect in first six months:

Phase 1 (Skills development): Months 1 to 2

  • Thorough study of the photovoltaics and development of key skills
  • Product training
  • Business training
  • Communication training
  • Work with CRM
  • Learning by doing – support of colleagues in sales process

 

Phase 2 (Market entry preparation): Months 3 to 6

  • Intense research and market understanding with following presentations Comprehensive market entry analysis
  • Support of colleagues in both sales and non-sales functions
  • Processing of quotations / orders / invoicing

 

Phase 3 (Communication and Business development)

  • Business development of Solarity position in the market
  • Every day communication with customers by telephone
  • Leads generation
  • Support of senior sales managers

Successful candidate who meets all criteria and goals of these three phases will be provided with an option to become a Sales Representative with new sales and business development responsibility.

Junior Sales Representative with English

Role description

We are looking for Junior Sales Representative for full time. He/she should join the sales team covering selected European countries. We expect candidates to be interested in the photovoltaics and have aspiration in the business development and sales. First half year of the position is a full-time experience consisting of two phases. The beginning is focused on the skill development. The second phase is communication and learning by doing the sales process. Each phase is a learning experience itself and must be successfully passed.

 

Candidate can expect in first six months:

We are looking for Junior Sales Representative for full time. He/she will be responsible for MENA (Middle East and North Africa)  countries, one of the most dynamic PV region in the world. We expect candidates to be interested in the photovoltaics and have aspiration in the business development and sales.

First 4 months of the position is a full time experience consisting of two phases. The beginning is focused on the skill development. Second phase is communication and learning by doing the sales process. Each phase is a learning experience itself and must be successfully passed.

Sales Representative with Polish

We are looking for experienced Sales Representative. He/she should join the sales team responsible for Poland. Poland is one of company’s key markets. The job of Sales Representative would be to accelerate the growth of the sales in Poland by acquiring new customers and further developing existing relationships. The Sales Representative will be covering selected regions in Poland. We expect candidate to be interested in the photovoltaics and have strong aspiration in the business development and sales. The selected candidate will initially go through two months Solarity training consisting mainly of:

Internal PHP Developer

Job description:
We are looking for a full time internal developer whose goal is to develop, update and maintain applications for internal business use of Solarity. You will work with opensource solutions such as Prestashop for development of our B2B and ecommerce platform and SuiteCRM, including their integration. You will have full authority on the projects, starting from designing to implementation, including testing.

 

Your goal will be to support the work of our sales and aftersales team and make it more efficient. Together with management, you will analyze running business processes and consequently improve them or build new and better ones.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience with developing and managing solo projects
  • OOP in PHP (PHP5, PHP7)
  • JavaScript (up to jQuery)
  • HTML 5 with CSS 3
  • SQL
  • Very good command of English, Czech language is plus but not necessary
  • VBA, PowerShell as advantage
