Job description:

        • Supervising and providing consultation to managers on strategic staffing plans, compensations, benefits, training, development, budget, labour relations across all branch offices
        • Leading HR projects
        • Legal compliance – monitoring of trends, development and implementation of friendly, fair and clear HR policies and procedures while mitigating risks, provide guidance and interpretation to colleagues.
        • Ensure the implementation of execution of HR standards and processes across the branch offices
        • Oversee the payroll and performance evaluation systems across the branch offices
        • Recruitment of the key positions in HQ and branch offices
        • HR Controlling: Tracking key HR metrics like cost per hire or retention rate

      •  
        • Working within a financial team in a friendly atmosphere, having many interactions with other departments (marketing, sales, supply chain, …)
        • Cooperates with regional accountants for Intercompany transactions e.g. marketing charges, fees & commissions, royalties, loans, interest and dividend related transaction
        • Control the Transfer pricing rules between branches
        • Preparing the Monthly reporting to analyze revenue, margins, costs, for the management

    What you will need to have:
        • At least 3+ years of experience in finance preferable from multinational and multicultural company

      Customer Care Supervisor will be responsible for the team consisting of people with sales coordination and logistics background. Supervisor tasks include training, preparing and reviewing processes, backup assignments, performance appraisals and assisting with more advanced tasks, requiring a deeper understanding of company procedures and/or system processes.

       

      Key responsibilities

      • Reports of KPI’s sales and CC agreed with management
